We endeavour to inspect every part of the property that is reasonably practicable and accessible. Our reports provide a clear, concise overview of the property, noting negative defects as well as the positive elements within and around the building leaving our clients with a well informed, detailed insight of the proposed purchase.

Our reports include detailed analysis of main structural elements of the property including:

The roof structure and coverings, external and load bearing walls, floors and supports.
We check for structural integrity, dampness and condensation problems, timber decay and infestation by insect.
Internal finishes and services are assessed with advice given on all findings.
We check on any alterations and extensions that may have been carried out and provide an informed judgement as to the quality of construction and materials used.
Reports are written in plain language, are easily understood with colour digital photographs to back up and fully explain issues arising.
